Users must ensure they are legally authorized to represent their organization while using our services.
3. Call Responsibility & Compliance
Our platform supports both incoming and outgoing calls. All calls and responses are handled on behalf of the client. Neuratac does not take responsibility for compliance, communication content, or legal obligations arising from such interactions.
4. No Cold Calling Policy
Neuratac strictly discourages cold calling. Clients are not permitted to use the platform for unsolicited calling activities. Any violation of applicable regulations, including TRAI guidelines, may result in immediate suspension or blocking of the account.
5. Data Usage & Ethics
Users agree to use the platform ethically and lawfully. Any misuse, including fraud, misinformation, harassment, or privacy violations, is strictly prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property
Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, reverse engineering, or reselling any part of Neuratac Spark Voice Agent, including its APIs, models, or software, without prior written permission.
7. AI Output Disclaimer
Outputs generated by the AI system should be reviewed before use. Neuratac is not liable for decisions made solely based on automated outputs.
8. Service Limitations
Neuratac reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or limit service usage in cases of misuse, security concerns, or excessive traffic.
9. Third-Party Services
Some features (such as telephony, WhatsApp, or cloud integrations) may rely on third-party providers. Neuratac is not responsible for downtime, data loss, or policy changes from such external services.
10. Platform Security
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt platform operations, or exploit vulnerabilities in the system.
